Opinions Hôtel TRH Jardín del Mar Santa Ponsa

La nourriture pas à la hauteur pas digne d’un 3 étoiles pas du tout bonne et pas trop de choix presque toujours la même choses . La Qualité reste à désiré . Et boisson payante (eau et soda ) c’est inadmissible sa doit être compris dans la demi pension en général. Porte coulissante de la fenêtre très dure à ouvrir malgré l’intervention du personnel. Trop de Bruits la Nuit . Vous devriez attribuer des étages spécialement pour les familles et d’autres pour les jeunes grouper qui occasion des nuisance, sonore et nocturne qui nous empêche de se reposer et de dormir et surtout pour les enfants. We have stayed at your Hotel over the past 19 years,it is perfect for our needs. location,clean and tidy and very helpful staff.As i have said before a dedicated maintenance team are needed to check rooms before they are let.Our room had light bulbs out,loose plug sockets and balcony doors were stiff,Graphite on runners would help.Speaking to Guests there was concern how the Hotel was being neglected,this is not good for the Hotels future. Having said all this we will be back in October.

The TRH Jardín del Mar has one of the best quality price ratios in Santa Ponsa. It has stunning views to the sea and the staff is really attentive, we loved it. The rooms for 3 or 4 people are perfect, spacious and with all the necessary commodities. We didn’t have time to try the spa, but it looked great.

Franchement rien a dire! On gardera un super souvenir ! Merci a tout le personnel qui est top! 👌 Si vraiment je devais dire quelque chose ce serait plus du conseil pour améliorer : - quelques verres a pieds dans l'appartement. - je moderniserai un peu les chambres (rideaux plus actuels, mobilier...) - et un fond de musique douce au petit dej! Non c'est formidable sinon bravo!
